Why We Started Coffee & Cake
Grief and life’s challenges can often leave us feeling alone, but we believe no one should go through difficult times in silence.
Coffee & Cake at Cowley House offers a safe, welcoming space for anyone who would simply like a friendly chat, a warm drink, and a listening ear. Whether you’ve recently experienced a bereavement, feel isolated, or just want to connect with others in your local area, you are very welcome.
There’s no agenda, no pressure, and no need to book, just come as you are.
What to Expect
