Whats included in Clear Cremation?

Clear cremation is a modern, unattended cremation service that offers families another choice. It provides an alternative and respectful way to say goodbye, without a ceremony or gathering on the day, while still ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism and dignity.

This option is ideal for those who do not wish to have a ceremony on the day of the funeral, wish to keep costs low, or intend to hold a personal memorial or celebration of life at a later date. Here, we also offer time with your person prior to the cremation takes place.

Your 6 steps:

• Step 1: Collection of the person who has died from a private address, hospital, hospice or care setting
• Step 2: All necessary legal paperwork and administrative support.
• Step 3: Provision of a simple coffin.
• Step 4: Opportunity to spend time with your person at our Chapels of Rest – if you wish – at no extra cost.
• Step 5: Cremation at a local crematorium, arranged at a time and date of our choosing.
• Step 6: The return of ashes (if requested), delivered or collected in a simple container from either of our facilities.

There is no service at the Crematorium, however if you choose, we can offer a procession, visits to our Chapel of Rest, or attendees at one of our facilities on the day of cremation to say goodbye.
