These terms apply to orders placed through the Perry & Phillips online shop. Please read them before placing an order.

Ordering and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, and we’ll confirm your order by email.
If we can’t fulfil your order for any reason, we’ll contact you and give you a full refund.
Items available by enquiry
Some items and services are marked “Please enquire”. These can’t be bought online. Please use the enquiry form on the product page and a member of our team will be in touch.
Collection
All online shop orders are for collection only – we don’t offer delivery. We’ll contact you when your order is ready and confirm which of our offices to collect it from.
Please bring your order confirmation with you when you collect.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel most orders within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the 14 days start from the day you collect them. For services, they start from the day you place your order.
To cancel, please contact us by email or phone using the details above, with your name, order number and the items you’d like to cancel. You can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you don’t have to.
If you’ve already collected the goods, please return them to us unused and in their original condition within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling. Any cost of returning them is yours.
We’ll refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to order. If you’ve collected the goods, we may wait until we’ve received them back before refunding you.
Items you can’t cancel
- Goods made to your specification or personalised for you, such as orders of service, fingerprint keepsakes and memorial roses with a personalised plaque.
- Flowers and other goods that can deteriorate quickly.
- Services that have been fully provided, where you asked us to start within the 14-day cancellation period. If you cancel a service after it has started, we may charge for the part already provided.
Faulty or incorrect items
If anything you buy is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
